Doclopedia, the online heath care organizer, has launched its HSA Tracker for Health Savings Account users. Health care expenses paid with health savings accounts qualify for deduction by the IRS. Doclopedia’s HSA Tracker enables users to document the health-related nature expenses by linking the expense to a diagnosis and doctor’s prescription.
